1. Overview

At LOCUS, we strive to ensure satisfaction with every order. This policy outlines our approach to returns, replacements, and refunds for both domestic and international customers.

2. Domestic Orders

Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective state.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing info.locusindia@gmail.com with order number, product image, and reason.
Approved returns must be shipped back in their original, unused condition with packaging.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.

3. Export Orders

Due to logistical challenges, international orders are non-returnable unless pre-agreed.
In case of damaged products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos/videos.
Returns, if accepted, will be processed as per terms mentioned in the export contract.
Refunds for international claims are issued only after mutual agreement or successful insurance claim.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-manufactured products
OEM/private-label goods
Products that have been installed or used
Items returned without original packaging or authorization

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before dispatch in writing.
OEM and custom production orders are non-cancellable after approval and commencement.

6. Replacement Requests

If an item is found defective, LOCUS may offer a free replacement or repair, depending on inspection.
Replacement lead times are communicated upon acceptance.

7. Refund Mode

Domestic refunds are made via NEFT/RTGS within India.
International refunds are processed via SWIFT/TT/PayPal depending on the initial payment mode.
