2. Working

Single Limb Manometers work on the principle of hydrostatic balance. When pressure is applied, the liquid in the single tube rises or falls based on the pressure differential. The height difference is proportional to the applied pressure.

3. Principle

  • Hydrostatic Principle:
Pressure = Height of liquid × Density × Gravitational Acceleration
    P=h⋅ρ⋅gP = h \cdot \rho \cdot

4. Assembly

Supplied with:

    • Transparent body with a calibrated scale
    • End connectors (Brass / PVC)
    • Sealing plugs and mounting clamps
    • Manometric fluid (optional)

Assembly Instructions:

    1. Mount body vertically on a stable surface.
    2. Attach pressure inlet at the base.
    3. Fill fluid to zero level.
    4. Ensure no air bubbles.

5. Installation Process

  1. Choose vertical wall/panel surface.
  2. Fix manometer using clamps.
  3. Connect pressure line to the inlet.
  4. Ensure vertical alignment.
  5. Fill fluid up to the zero mark.
  6. Start monitoring pressure changes.
