3. Working Principle

The electromagnetic flow meter operates based on Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction. When a conductive liquid flows through a magnetic field, it induces a voltage proportional to the flow velocity. Electrodes inside the flow tube detect this voltage, which is then processed by the transmitter to determine the flow rate.

5. Installation Process

  • Ensure correct pipe alignment with minimal turbulence.

  • Properly ground the meter for accurate readings.
