3. Working Principle

The Float and Board Type Level Indicator works on the principle of buoyancy. The float, which is immersed in the liquid, moves up and down as the liquid level changes. A wire rope/pulley mechanism connects the float to the counterweight-driven indicator. The indicator moves along a calibrated scale, providing a direct visual reading of the liquid level inside the tank.
