2. Trade Compliance

All exports comply with Indian trade laws, customs requirements, and international treaties.
Export documentation includes Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and Inspection Certificates (as needed).
LOCUS does not ship to countries under international sanctions as per Indian, UN, US, or EU law.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademark Use

LOCUS is a registered brand.
No party may use the LOCUS logo, product imagery, or documents without prior written approval.
White-label partners may only use branding with agreed authorization.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any legal disputes will first be addressed through negotiation or mediation.
Unresolved disputes shall be settled via arbitration as per Indian Arbitration Act.
Legal jurisdiction for all matters lies with Mumbai courts, Maharashtra, India.

5. Ethics & Anti-Bribery

LOCUS complies with global ethical standards including the FCPA (USA), UK Bribery Act, and Indian anti-corruption laws.
Bribery, fraudulent dealings, and unethical practices are strictly prohibited.
